Global Digital Manager

Before taking the role as Global Digital Manager at Sonos, Donna Queza started her career working at a small agency that focused on traditional marketing for health and wellness clients. After ghostwriting a book on cancer treatments, and creating brochures, annual reports and educational materials for hospitals and wellness centers throughout Southern California, she decided to focus her efforts on digital marketing, earning her Master’s degree along the way. She left the agency life to freelance, advising consumer lifestyle brands on digital and social strategy and community management. It was during this time she began working with the Sonos Digital Marketing and Customer Care teams. In 2015, she transitioned to a full-time position at Sonos where she oversees Social CRM, intent-based social advertising, and social owner advocacy and education programs. The role has provided her the opportunity to work strategically with her regional counterparts, as well as push for innovative technology and agency partners to push programs to the next level.
