Senior Manager of Social Media Customer Strategy

Bryan is the Senior Manager of Social Media Customer Strategy. In this role, he is responsible for Social Media customer care and social media reporting for Nissan at the corporate level. As the only internal social media customer engagement team globally, Bryan’s Social team supports the organization across a wide spectrum of areas, focusing on how the brand engages and communicates with its customers. Bryan also launched Nissan’s Experience & Reputation Management program – a multi-faceted voice of customer solution to improve overall customer experience and reputation for Nissan and the dealers. This initiative includes an intensive social media component combined with new technology for quickly surveying customers.
